D-310 from 715 combine into a tractor?

Can anyone tell me what exactly needs to be changed to make a 310 German diesel from a 715 fit a tractor that had a 310, like a late 706 diesel or 756? How about putting it in somthing like a 706 Gas, early 706 diesel, or a 756 Gas- I'm sure the radiator is different, but is it true that the sheetmetal and frame rails need to be changed?
