Like Old Hand said, you could get a low drum (14 spindles high) cotton picker on a C, however I have never seen one. In the Mississippi Delta our cotton was too big for them and I believe very few were sold in areas with smaller cotton because they were so underpowered. All high drum cotton pickers (20 spindles high) were on M's or later models of the same framed tractors (SM, 400, 450, 560) and low drums were on H's or M's or later models of these tractors.
