If it has sat that long it could be stuck, tires will be rotted out, seals will leak, clutch disc stuck to pressure plate, etc, etc. Unless it runs and you can drive it around to check the gears, brakes, etc., $150-$200 would be my offer. Also a lot depends on what you want to do with it if you get it. A's don't have hydraulics other than the pneumatic lift which does work if maintained properly if this one is so equipped. Suit yourself, I'd look around for one that's running. There are a lot of A's out there.//FB
