I went through the exact same process recently. After soaking the cylinders a couple of weeks and it was still stuck, I pulled the head and it was obvious the #4 piston was the culprit, with rust. I tapped it with a block of wood for about 10 minutes and it broke right loose. Runs like a champ, now. I would suggest you have the head reworked if you get that far.
