Not much of a small tractor guy here. Like (cubs, A's, B's, and C's). The smallest I got is an H and an F-20. Not sure I would want anything with less power than them. As for restoring it, the only thing you will probably notice different is the parts are a little bigger and you'll need a tad bit more space to store it when you get it done. An F-20 is not a rare tractor and really isn't worth a whole lot even when restored. But an F-20 is easy to work on, considered an antique, and really is a neat tractor. To say to restore or not to restore I would have to know more about its condition than its rusty and been outside. Just some things to look at in that regard. Is it complete? What is condition of tires and wheel's if on rubber? Is motor free or froze up? Is radiator useable or totally shot. This kind of thing can make you really spend alot of money, or save you a bunch. That's what you really need to consider when pondering a restoration.
