I used my 1949 Cub with hydraulics and the front blade to shove 4" around on Monday night for the first time. I have chains, but didn't put them on because it appeared they might have chewed-up the fenders, and I didn't have time to remove them. Long story short: it worked beautifully! I'm going to hunt down a set of wheel weights. When plowing in 1st gear, the wheels sometimes spun. 2nd and 3rd gear was just a blast. That little tractor did a darn fine job. What used to take me 1 1/2 hours with the snow blower took 20 minutes. Original 6V tractor started right up in 14 degree weather.
