Ernie is right about the diameter of the cables.. I wanted to add, that originally the ground cable was only about 4 inches long, and it was grounded to the bolt on the inside of the battery box that attaches the box to the steering pedestal..My Case/IH dealer sells cable that is double ought (OO) That and cleanliness has eliminated any starting problems with 6 volt.
