.. at 1650 RPM. Some very early 1948 C's had a 1540 RPM rating(vs1650 Later) and that was likely those early tests at Nebraska that gave the lower HP at the lower RPM. Now, 50 years later, they are probably all updated to 123 cubes so condition and RPM is likely more important than old HP-Tests. Disk Brakes were a big change. G
