You will have to dress the crank untill you have it smooth as a baby's you know what. Then you may have to heat the pully in order to get it on. Be carefull to much heat will damage the crank seal. While you are there be sure to replace this seal. Make sure you don't use so much force to drive the pully that you do more damage than good.
