That's sound advice. I've loaded an off loaded a couple hundred tractors and I never really liked it. Good, solid secure ramps are a must. I had a set made for me that fastened to the rear of the trailer with a pipe threaded through two eyes and fastened so they cound not move. I would always rather winch one on than drive it up the ramp. No I don't "cluck." :~}
