Maybe a better way to do a leakdown test is to pull the rocker arm shaft - all the valves are fully shut all the time that way.

I've heard that H cams are slightly retarded in timing, and maybe you C is as well, and it is tricking you just slightly because of it.

Otherwise, if 100 is your baseline cranking pressure, and it surely is the modal value - the two out are less than 10 per cent different. Also if you use a mean or a median value of the results, it's less than 10%.

So unless you really, really want to pull the head and replace the gasket - and lap the valves while you're at it - I'd just run it the way it is.
