Dan, In my opinion this tractor is overpriced. $500 would be a more realistic price unless it will start and run so you can check out the transmission, even if you just jack it up and run it in gear. Not being able to do this leaves too many questions unanswered. You could buy a running H for a lot less than the money it might take to get this one going again. As for the "all fuel" system, it wouldn't be that hard to get working again. Running the tractor on gas won't hurt it, and it will make a little more power on gas. Not a noticeable amount, just a little. If you feel that you are up to repairing anything that might be wrong with this one, go for it! Just offer less than what he is asking. If the two of you can't agree on a price, it wasn't meant to be. My 2¢, Phil
