I believe the F12/F14 fuel pumps are similar to the AC in the pic below. This pump is from an '37 HD213 engine from an International D-2. McMaster & Carr carries Buna-N rubber sheets that are resistant to gasoline. Then you can cut the sheet to make your own diaphragm. Worked for me just fine.
