Ray, I don't know what this one would be worth, but I can tell you what I paid for mine. It is a 404, which is bascially the same thing. Mine is in very good shape, with front and rear wheel weight's, and, also front frame weight's. I paid 3500.00 for mine. No loader. Probably too much, but good shape,and run's likek a top. I would like to put power steering on mine, if I could find one in a salvage yard. They are very good old tractor's. Not just a whole lot of them around. Good luck with any thing you do. P.S. I have an extra set of I.H. frame weight's, if interested. M. K.
