I would say to take your lumps this time,2000 mi @ 8 miles to the gal. $1.30 a gal $325.00 out of pocket, pluse the cost of the tractor if you take it back. You should have left it, out of pocket about $160.00 and yes stoping payment on the checkis a big no no.It hapens to us all one way or another. Good luck
