The MV are harder to come by.....it really depends on what you are willing to invest ,to have a MV ......but if it starts and runs,no smoke ,I woulden't let it pass....is it for show or are you going to work it.....the PTO woulden't have to be fixed right now but,I don't think that is a big job.....the fact it runs, no smoke,I would clean it up and put IH paint on it with hardner,you can match it later.....the small grill piece can be bough at salvage yard......
