If the tractor is in overall good condition and the loader is also in good condition I think that is a fair price. Our 656 had over 7000 hours on it when we traded it. 656 has around 63 horses on the PTO and 55 on the drawbar. Judging from the picture I would say that tractor has been well cared for. Looks to be in good shape from the angle shown. I agree with previous post, take a mechanical oil pressure gauge and check it or have the mechanic there do it for you - while you watch. If oil pressure it good I would go for it.
