My first thought is "are you a good mechanic?". That engine will no doubt need alot of work if there was nothing covering the exaust. rims are going to be about $300 each. Tires are around $300 each. The carb will likely be a very hard to find item unless you go the expensive route. I'd say your prolly going to have $1,200 in just rear tires and rims, add that to the price and there will be $1,600 and around here you can buy a decent unrestored one that runs for less than that.
