Well, I spent alot of the evening looking through the archives for posts pertaining to cracked heads, turning up the fuel pumps, etc., and the only causes I could find for cracked heads were from failure to properly warm up or cool down the deisel engines. Maybe I missed something. I assume, from your post, that adding fuel will cause this too. If anyone would care to comment on how this happens, I'd be eager to hear it. Truthfully, I don't have any "use" for the extra power, there is enough there from the factory for most of what I intend to do with the tractor. Just wanted to know if it was possible. New question: Do these tractors use a 6 volt system? I read somewhere that they use two 6 volt batteries wired in parallel. Next question: positive or negative ground? Thanks!
