That figure of 60 rpm is not right. The H engine rpm at full throttle is 1625 to 1650. Using 24 HP and 1650 rpm gives 76.39 for your torque number. But 24 HP may be drawbar instead of engine crankshaft output, if so then engine torque would be higher than the 76.39.
