Making my own tractor, still running the calculations for HP/torq

IF, I do this I am thinking of about a 1400-1500 pound tractor. With about 1100-1200 ft pounds of torque. Of course I would have tire chains and most of the weight would be in the rear. This will be all hydraulic drive. Does 1200ft/lbs. sound like to little. For a tractor? Keep in mind I am using this for light work, snow-landscaping-grading the gravel drive, and driving down to the mailbox. Give me some advice.
