1938 F-14

I found an F-14 that has been sitting in a shop for the last 25 years. It still runs, but needs mag work. It is currently on rubber, but he has the original steel for it (he told me that it originally had rubber front, steel rear). It also has the cultivator attached. The paint is original (and still in good condition). He wants $1000 for all, $750 without steel. Good, bad or ugly? I'm in central Nebraska.
