The main difference here is hydraulics. Most cubs have hyd's, and they are small enough that they seem to have the "cute" factor going for them which keeps the price up. The A's (while being much more tractor than a Cub) don't have hydraulics. That's why Super A's (which do) sell for so much more than the straight A's unless the seller can find someone who doesn't know the difference.
