I have the Saginaw hitch on my H and I looked at all of the aftermarket hitches before deciding on the Saginaw. The quality and construction is top-notch. Everything fit perfectly and it comes complete with two cylinders and all the fittings. You can't go wrong if you decide to buy one. I don't know what shipping will cost you..I live about an hour from where they're made and picked it up. Good luck.
