Cub rebuild price

I know there are many variables in a restoration, but what is the price range I might be looking at for rebuilding/restoring a Cub. I have calculated everything (I think) but tires from the parts sold on this site and the number seemed a bit low. What should one allow for painting?

The tractor is a typical old tractor sitting in a yard neglected. No major rust. Everything seems to be there. There is a make-shift modification to the steering arm connecting to the right side. I believe the engine is frozen.

I appreciate the knowledge from your experiences.
