engine seems too tight and has more blow-by

I have a 350 Farmall diesel and had it completely overhauled last spring and it ran great all summer and early fall and had a little blow-by but not much. About 2 months ago the injector pump locked up and I had it redone again.Now the motor seems to be extremely tight and there seems to be more blow-by,and it seems to have a little less power than before.any comments?
