Dan,
Other than obtaining a replacement casting, the only other fix would be to take the assembly apart and have a machine shop bore the old casting and make a bushing to fit. The bushing would also need to be split after welding so as to tighten the assembly up. Hope this helps. I have cultivators for my Super A I have never used.
