If you are simply trying to loosen the adjustable pulley to set the fan belt tension or change the belt, you don't need to mess with the pump "driver". Rather you need to loosen the set screw in the front flange of the fan hub. Lot's of PB Blaster and careful application of heat may be required. But go easy on that setscrew! I snapped the head off on my Super H - now gotta figure a way to extract the rest of the setscrew out so I can adjust the fan belt.
