What colors should my two bottm plow be?

I bought a two bottom steel wheeled plow today and the wheels still have some white on them. The main frame appears to be blue. I just wanted to double check with you guys. I also seen the color chart here at this site but still wander because the levers appear to have red on them. Was it three colors at one time? I want it original to pull behind my '37 F-20. Thanks for any help.
