First thing check that lift arms are time right on rock shaft. Tractor could have had fast hitch at one time. Lift arms need to be timed differently for 3pt than fast hitch marks should be on rock shaft. then need specks and be sure hitch is coming up as far as it should. Inside lever will lift farther than out side lever. Never saw on this forum anything about useing draft control for plowing but I think many not using it right. Inside lever for raise and lower out side for draft inside lever should be all the way down to the notch when plowing, if not all the way down draft will not work the way it should. If one needs to get down in 3rd or lower gear the inside can go down it to the offset to slow hitch action of hitvh to match speed.
