I got into this same problem once with 560. Not as serious on 560 as you don't have as much power accesories. The problem is water in your hydraulic oil, likely caused from condensation. Builds up over years. The moisture freezes in filter and the worst problem is you are starving your hydraulic pumps. This situation is very hard on pumps, as the filter is on the suction side of pump.
