The rims and tires you describe are made for narrow row vegetable crops. The 42 inch rim gives you near the same ground clearence as probably a 15.5 x 38. These are probably being made by after market with adapters to fit most tractors. I have seen two types; 1. One type is a rim with enough of a flange to bolt to 38 inch hub 2. Is a complete pressed steel wheel with a 9 bolt hub to fit the axle. Most of the time you see these on tractors from 40 to 80 hp, and ocasionally a larger tractor will have them on dualed and spaced so one row of the crop passes between duals. They may well fit your 450 as that same axle (externally) was used at least into the 90s, and may still be be. I am not keeping up on new tractors any more.
