vibration in a 350 diesel Farmall engine

I bought a 350 Farmall diesel tractor with the Continental engine and it had a vibration in when I bought it that vibrated the whole tractor. I had the engine overhauled and the vibration is still there and maybe a little worse. I was told that was natural in those 4 cylinder Continental engines.Does anyone out there have one and if you do , do you have that vibration.What would cause that to vibrate like that
