Generally the sickle bar is blue, although in reality not many have any paint on them because of use. The wood bar is white, as you said, and the rest is usually red. I have one of these mowers as well as the axle-clip mount style of an earlier version. I have seen lots of combinations, not really sure how authentic they were. Generally IH used blue on items that contacted the ground, white on wheels, and red most everywhere else. But there always seemed to be some exceptions. Go figure!
