I-20 questions

I purchased an industrial 10-20 today and I have some questions. Are they considered an International or a McCormick Deering. The radiator says McCormick Deering and it looks like it has been on the tractor for a very long time, so I wonder if it is not original. It originally had the solid rubber tires on it, but someone cut them down to put pneumatic tires on it. Do I have any chance of ever finding the original solid rubber tires for it? It is complete other than having the wrong wheels and the tin is poor. It is stuck. I paid $500 for it, is that reasonable? If anyone has any info or pictures, please let me know.
