Hi Bart, Happy New Year! I live in Maine. The state motto is "The Way Life Should Be" Where I live is nice but, there is one problem, it is hard to till the soil. There are just to many rocks! If you are like me you like to be able to get down into the soil and do some planting. I have had to make soil with grass, leaves, barn yard manure, seaweed, etc. I have had some of the best gardens though, using Dick Raymonds methods. He lives out your way around Burlington somewhere. He highly recommends using seaweed for a soil builder but, says that he doesn't use it because he lives 300 miles from the ocean. Bob
