By no means am I comparing myself to Mike and them up at SWR.Their service is top notch!See,my problem is that,at least my closest dealer, has given up the antique tractor business for the most part.I know for a fact that I needed a set of points for my M and he wouldnt even order them for me,said it wasnt worth the time any more for him to supply those type of parts as he couldnt make any money on the old tracotr parts.I have been lucky enough to find things like engine kits and yes those points from a local source,it may not be IH,but it works just as good,in fact the engine kit in my M came from the same place i got my points from.I can see your point,as well as the others, that I need to be able to devote alot of time to it,but thought it may be a good way to make a little extra money and help my neighbors out at the same time.Oh,that dealership has been bought and sold about three times in the last 4 yrs.the guy who ran it from the start use to let me go behind the counter and look up what I needed and get the part myself, its a shame he had to retire.
