That would be a M&W hand clutch. There nay have been other manufatures of them, but I havent found any info on the others as yet. The hand clutch gives you a live PTO. It fools your tractor into thinking one wheel is off the ground and stops the wheels from turning wile keeping the PTO running. I have one torn apart on my bench right now. I will be putting it in when I get finnished messing around with my baler. I also have a manual (its for a clutch for the M but its about the same). I also have the specs for the clutch disks on my web site. M&W does not supply parts for the H model hand clutch, so getting replacement parts is a tresure hunt.
