But Dan you miss the point! Everybody on this board has more money in at least one project than it is worth! Oh there may be the rare exception where somebody sells their pet for mega bucks. But it is very rare. Most of us are upside down in our tractors if we figure our time at 1/5 of the minimum wage. On the other hand some of us tell tales at least to our bankers. Dick
