i had one once, after two weeks while bush hogging the rod went through the block. i tried for a year to find a used block and there aren't any around. the C-153 from a combine won't fit, rear bellhousing is different. I found out this was a common problem with this tractor. The rpm is quite high to get the hp and the engines explode themselves. anyway good luck, hope yours is better then mine.........PS- you can have my old block for parts ,whats left of it
