Take a look closely at Hytran, if it seems be milky or fine particles of metal, smells burnt, black in color or dark replace it, should be a caramel color when its ok, replace the hyd filter and the screen, look at valve spools on mcv on clutch housing, 2 spools that should move externally, 1 on top + 1 on side, this could be ta problem, ta could be shot and contaminating system. Run it for awhile and examine Hytran again. There is a lot of things that could be wrong and its hard to diagnose it long distance.
