Around 50 horsepower on the PTO with the C335 engine (335 cubic inches). Mine has the overbore kit with step head pistons to bring the cubes up to 350 - don't know how much extra power it is supposed to have, but I would guess 10 extra maybe. Weigh around 6500 pounds with no fluids - chloride in the rears and a couple sets of cast weights can bring them up near 10,000 pounds.

As for what they can handle... probably more than a new 50 horsepower tractor can. I know they will pull a 4 bottom plow breaking sod. I also know that Grandpa used his to pull a 12 foot disc and drill and a 12 foot chisel plow. My in-laws use thier W-9 to run their feed grinder all winter to feed calves, neighbor has one with a loader on it, another neighbor uses his for mowing and raking hay (not a good tractor for that job).
