Guy probably just lost a copyright $ below. I would like to meet Guy, he seems to be a real great GUY. Barns & Noble book store (or any other Mall based book store) can order it. Please take everyones advise and buy the book. I have it and the reference value, when YOU need it is worth it's weight in gold.
