I know I would't do that. I agree with RAW. Just change the filter and oil. If you want to you could change the filter again at 10 hours and again after another 10, but honestly - Not necesary. There is a product named DAWENOL. You could always go buy some of this from your local DETROIT DIESEL DEALER and add 1 Qt to 1 Gallon of oil in your hydraulic system. Dawenol is a product that activates with heat so you must use your tractor with it in the hydraulics. Use approx. 2 - 5 hours to develop enough heat - operate all functions then drain oil. It loosens all the sludge and crap up and allows you to drain it out. Will also remove condensation that has developed over the years. Drain oil, Install new filter and oil and should be ready to go.... Dawenol is used by Detroit when an engine has blown a head gasket and the engine has found to have water in the oil. After a headgasket change the engine is run to operating temperature then drained. When engine is running you can actually see white smoke coming from the blowby tube - basically removing water through heat. It WORKS.

"Run in the house and get me a...."as I open th
