L59 Woods Mower fits Super C?

I was looking for a mower or bush hog for a Super C I just purchased. I was contacted by someone with a L59 Woods belly mower. It came off a Farmall 140. I checked with the local farmall parts place and he thinks it will not work. I do not want to get into a project to make something work (blacksmithing brackets). Does anyone know if the L59 will fit my Super C? I have a loader on now, will that need to be removed in order to make it fit?
