Had a man in our community ,years before I was born was useing a sillage chopper ,it got jambed,he was wearing gloves when he got off the tractor,let the machine run tried to unjam the chopper caught his glove on one hand put the other in to pull the first one out, got both fore arms cut off,had hooks the rest of his life.He was an old man when I was growing up, got along pretty good worked for himself,died about 10 -15 years ago.
