Geoff,did you put new plugs in after rebuild,sounds like they may need to be replaced,if the carb is leaking through may be flooding them.Had to pull my new plugs yesterday and clean them after I put a new carb on my cub (old carb was leaking through) and still had a hard time getting it started,due to running it getting to much fuel.I need to put newer plugs in mine now.
