Dick, some suggest drilling tiny holes in them and inserting metal screws which you can lock onto with vise grips. I have been successful with picking chisels working at the sides until I can collapse the seal housing inward and then getting onto it with vise grips....be really carefull as the bearing is behind this seal and you do not want to distort the bearing cage. Keep working the chisels from the outside of the seal case and once it begins to collapse inward the case should move as it no longer is the same diameter. A seal puller will help when you are at this stage. Be patient and carefull not to damage anything but the seal case. Have done two H's this way.....good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
