We have a 49 M, narrow front, with a front end loader and the Charlyn power steering unit. It works great and makes the loader much easier to move. The Charlyn system works off a pump on the fan belt and the power unit is in the steering shaft, just under the hood. I think you can buy new ones, but they are a little pricey. I have seen them on Ebay, and you may find one from steel wheel ranch or some place like that. We had a H with a loader without powersteering and thats why we now have the M.
