To all your responders who can't get letter series tractors with belly pump to lift a 4 row planter, you have something serious wrong with your hydraulic systems. My dad and I bought new Farmalls H, 300, 560 and 656. The H with its belly pump would out lift either the 300 or 560 and at 16 years of age it would still give the 656 a run for the money. The 300 or the 560 would not even come close on a lift. REMEMBER THESE TRACTORS WERE NEW. Believe me, my dad never let the IH dealer forget this, and IH spent sizable amount of time and money trying to make the 300 and 560 lift as well as H. It never happened.
